Hysteria
Art Magazine

[…] It’s holding me, morphing me
And forcing me to strive
To be endlessly cold within
And dreaming I’m alive

‘Cause I want it now
I want it now
Give me your heart and your soul
I’m not breaking down
I’m breaking out
Last chance to lose control […]

Born and raised in Barcelona I studied interior architecture and after a nagging desire to do more impactful work I moved to New York to pursue a Masters Design for Social Innovation at the School of Visual Arts. I began pursuing ways to implement my design skills to tackle complex social problems and acknowledged art as a powerful tool in the face of current issues. Backed by my experience at UN Women, Columbia University, various galleries and art festivals I created The Overart, a cultural hub that uses art to enable artists to become artivists. Bridging the US and Europe I have worked with artists in Art Basel Miami, Venice Biennale and galleries over Barcelona and Brooklyn. I am passionate about the social impact of art and this is the perfect time to empower artists to find their cause.
